2. Bookings & Payments
- Appointments can be made online, by phone, or email.
- Estimates are based on your details and may adjust after inspection.
- Payment is due upon service completion via cash, card, or secure online methods.
- Prices may change, but confirmed bookings are honored at the agreed rate.
3. Cancellations
- Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Please ensure:
- Safe and easy access to the property.
- Water and electricity are available.
- Valuables and fragile items are secured.
- Any concerns or pre-existing damage are disclosed before cleaning.
5. Service Quality
We guarantee satisfaction.
If you’re not happy, contact us within 24 hours, and we’ll make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.
6. Liability
We’re not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage or normal wear and tear.
- Permanent stains or odors.
- Damage from unsafe environments or defective materials.
Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service.
